Terms of Service
The terms for using Chronexis.
Plain-language, and specific about what's actually true today — including what isn't built yet. See also Privacy & data handling for what happens to a crash after you send it.
The service
Chronexis ingests crash reports (an error message and stack trace) sent from your application via an API key, runs an AI-generated diagnosis against them, and shows the result on a dashboard. See the integration docs for exactly what's sent and how.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your signup details and for keeping your password and API keys secure. Signup may require an invite code while it's gated that way — if you were asked for one, it's because that gate is currently on, not a permanent policy.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for what you send us. You must have the right to submit any error message or stack trace you send, and it must not contain content that's illegal to send or process. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication, or attempt to access another tenant's traces — see the isolation guarantee for how trace access is scoped.
Plans & rate limits
| Plan | Price | On-demand diagnoses | Request rate limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | Free, 7 days | 10 | 60/min |
| Standard | $9/month | 100/month | 600/min |
| Pro | $19/month | 270/month | 600/min |
| Max | $49/month | 650/month | 600/min |
| Enterprise | On request | Unlimited | 6000/min |
These are current defaults and may change with notice. Pro and Max include a dedicated AI key, not the shared trial pool.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in crypto (USDT) via Cryptomus. Self-serve checkout isn't live yet — until it is, upgrades are handled manually by emailing billing@chronexis.dev. A paid period runs 30 days; Cryptomus doesn't support native subscriptions, so each renewal is a fresh invoice and we'll email you before your current period ends.
Refunds
Cancellation & downgrade
Cancel anytime by emailing billing@chronexis.dev. A paid tenant that isn't renewed is automatically downgraded to the trial plan at the end of its current period.
Data handling
What's collected, who sees it, how long it's kept, and what isn't redacted automatically is covered in full on the Privacy & data handling page — that page is the source of truth for data questions, not this one.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is currently no uptime service level agreement.
AI diagnoses
Diagnoses are AI-generated suggestions, not a guarantee of correctness. A diagnosis can fail to produce a result at all — the trace detail page reflects this honestly rather than hiding it.
Warranty disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of acceptable use. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing us.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use Chronexis after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
